Rose City Electric went above and beyond. We had an emergency issue at our home and Rose City was quick and responsive. Destiny and Arthur were so friendly, helpful, and professional, and they both went out of their way to resolve our issue. Our family is so grateful! We also appreciated the transparent, upfront pricing, which was quoted to us during our initial conversation. We will use Rose City Electric for all of our future electrical work.

I hired their services to install an outdoor GFCI outlet on a location difficult to access. The outlet tripped constantly, which was an inconvenience due to the inaccessibility of the location. I called Rose City Electric to let them know about the issue and they sent an electrician to correct the issue. There was a miscommunication on whether the job was under warranty and the owner, Jerry, called me directly and very graciously discussed the misunderstanding. The job was changing knob and tube to Romex and replacing the breaker box. I didn't realize just how complicated it all was when we started but these guys did an amazing job. They set up additional circuits for when we finish the basement.
