I had a leaky drain pain on my A/C condenser unit which sits on top of the furnace. After mistakenly calling another company(rhymes with moth) whose estimates were only geared towards upselling me an entire new home furnace system, I called Trantel on the recommendation of a friend. I found them very responsive. Tristan the tech came out and confirmed diagnosis, and I received a bid few days later. Their bid was over $2k less than the place trying to upsell.
