We have been customers for many years. We were told a $800 repair was needed and when American home shield came to fix it, there was nothing to repair and the coolant was low even though we paid for it to be maintained. When I reached out about this I was called by an extremely rude technician who argued with me then hung up on me. I highly recommend you find an honest professional because these people are neither. Mr. Padilla was fantastic, he had all the parts to fix my AC in the crazy heat, he is my hero! He is polite, professional and helpful. Offers useful information and explained everything in normal language, not tech jargon. I would call them again for services.

I called several different companies with an urgent repair need and they not only were able to schedule sooner than anyone else, they came the very next day. The technician (Blake) was early but gave us plenty of advanced notice. He even waited for our plumber to arrive so they could coordinate the work that needed to be done. Blake and his coworker George were able to come back the very next day and complete the project which was actually quite extensive. Both were extremely professional and worked very hard. I highly recommend Aire Serv for any work on your HVAC system.
