Our central air went out during the heat wave, of course. Called them in the afternoon and they were out the very next morning. Discovered our air ducts were extremely dirty (new home) and scheduled an air duct cleaning. Both service techs were professional, thorough, friendly and did a fantastic job. I am extremely happy with Aire Serv and will be using again in the future. Services: HVAC system maintenance, HVAC duct & vent cleaning

Worlds worst company. I purchased a completely brand new heat pump from these people in 2021. Their tech completely botched the job. took them 3 weeks and the owner flying out from TX to get it running. They were also at our house until after midnight on 2 occasions and I actually fed their techs. In that 3 week debacle I had asked them to remove the unit and the owner assured me that would not be necessary as he had fixed the botched install. He also promised 5 years service and filters. I have not had him back since because I do not trust their work. However, here we are 3 years in and my heat pump has stopped working. I called in and Erin the receptionist told us there is "do not service" note on the account. Seems par for the course. SHe said she would have a manager call usbut ket saying "she works for homeso.." To which we replied she is still working so please have her give me a call. 2 days later NO CALL. Surprise, right? I also sent an email to the owner and have no response

Chris did a great job with our HVAC. They came out less than 24 hours after we called when their competitor shrugged us off. Chris was professional, took his time, and explained his work. Very appreciative of them keeping us cool before summer hits! Service: Repair HVAC
