We have been customers for many years. We were told a $800 repair was needed and when American home shield came to fix it, there was nothing to repair and the coolant was low even though we paid for it to be maintained. When I reached out about this I was called by an extremely rude technician who argued with me then hung up on me. I highly recommend you find an honest professional because these people are neither. We just had such a great experience with Blake this morning. Our AC stopped working during the heat wave and we were able to get it serviced in less than 24 hours! I called several different companies with an urgent repair need and they not only were able to schedule sooner than anyone else, they came the very next day. The technician (Blake) was early but gave us plenty of advanced notice. He even waited for our plumber to arrive so they could coordinate the work that needed to be done. Blake and his coworker George were able to come back the very next day and complete the project which was actually quite extensive. Both were extremely professional and worked very hard.
