I was really impressed with the professionalism and quick responses I received from CJ Hansen. I've worked with several HVAC and mechanical contractors professionally and personally over twenty years in multiple states and they stand out among the whole lot of them. They provided estimated quickly, they completed the project at my store fast and within the estimate provided which entailed servicing 6 roof top air handling units and repairing 3 of them. Then even went a step further to help ID and label which units were tied to which thermostats in this old building. The pricing was fair and reasonable for the scope of work completed and they will be my first call and recommendation in the future.

Technician was very professional, and quick at determining the issue. Also, Dan was friendly explaining everything he was doing along with helpful tips for accessing online help sites. Also, Kelly that is the one who takes calls, delivers exceptional customer service over the telephone. I highly recommend this company! Thank you Hanson’s for fixing the issue with my heater so quickly!

I was impressed by this company until I got the bill. The service person was helpful but the first time he came out he was unable to fix the part and it had to be ordered. Then he can back and replaced the part once it came in. We were charged 1.25hr each time he came out. He was not here that long either time but because they charge starting when they leave the last job. Driving all the way across town take 25 min and I had to paid for that. Not impressed.
