Brandan was very kind and professional. He was patient with me when I asked questions and gave me friendly advice that really helped in the end. We initially brought him in for a diagnostic and he explained the entire problem and gave us a quote for the repair. We had him come in that same week and he was done in like 20 minutes and my heater works better than it did before! He is very communicative and was even early the day of the repair. His prices were right in my budget unlike most other places and he did an exceptional job. I wish I had more cash on hand that day so I could’ve tipped him higher. I have awful social anxiety and he never once made me feel anxious or uncomfortable. Highly recommend! Will definitely be using his services for future maintenances and repairs.
