Kaufman's Home Maintenance

Kaufman homes built my house some 21 years ago and did an excellent job. I used the monthly service with Kaufman home Maintenance and was pleased with the service. On my recent project they were punctual, professional and did an excellent job for a reasonable fee. I recommend them without reservation.

My attic stepladder in the garage needed replacing. I scheduled Kaufman's Home Maintenance to replace the stepladder. I was assigned a project manager who helped me select the stepladder and he scheduled the project. Two employees, Loren and Thomas arrived as scheduled. I couldn't drive one of my cars out of the garage because the battery failed. The two workers got a jumper cable and started the car. The two workers did an efficient job and when they were cleaning my garage, one of the workers noticed my florescent light was not working. He asked if I wanted him to replace the light. And I was glad to have him do it. He switched out my florescent light for a much brighter LED light in less than 10 minutes. Such great service. I now have an attic ladder that works, a much better light in the garage, and I was able to drive my car to get a new battery. I can't say enough good things about the service I received.

We have been so pleased to work with Kaufman's Home Maintenance. We love their ability to support so many of the issues that come up in our business portfolio. Carson and Jordan have been excellent to work with. We also really appreciate the attention to detail from each of the techs that have assisted us with a variety of maintenance issues.
