There where a few other places we checked out to do this job. An entire Roof and Gutter Insulation, Not an easy choice to make. Hands down we made the best choice, We went with the best they had "The Max" with no regrets. We love it. Sam & the rest of the crew made their work very comfortabe for us to be around, Sam was there for every move that was made & every question I had, Bless his heart, I had a lot of them. They did a fantastic job. I told Sam, he made my house look terrible. Now, I have alot of work to do this summer to match the beautiful job they did on our roof. The experience we have had with Pfeifer has been exceptional in many ways. The ways most important to me, they were Patient, Punctual, Pleasant & Professional. I first contacted Pfeifer in July 2022 requesting an estimate to complete the gutter installation by another company in February 2022. That was put on hold. After further inspections, I contacted Sam and Chord at Pfeifer in August, this time for an estimate to replace the roofing installed on my home in February 2022. It is now October, after Pfeifer has patiently waited for my go-ahead, they have professionally reroofed my home with quality materials and installed working gutters on my home. The office staff, the installation crews, the safety staff, their inspector, all of them have treated us with the greatest care, respect, and professionalism.
