We were delighted with our entire experience, from making the call and being greeted on the phone by Matt, one of the owners of this young company of experienced electricians, to completing the job. He dispatched Logan for same-day service. Logan was professional and friendly throughout the process, very knowledgeable, efficient, and generous with both his attention and answers to our questions. Logan completed the work more quickly than expected and Matt adjusted the invoice without being asked. Very reasonable and competitive pricing, by the way. When you make an appointment, Matt, for a week and a half out then confirm that appointment via text when the customer reaches out two days before the appointment, the assumption is you’re going to show for the job. No show, no call, nothing. Thanks Matt. Now we’re back to square one.
