I was trying to replace my shower cartridge in vain discovered it was not going to come out. I tried to turn it back on but unfortunately was broken and would no longer turn the water off. Jed came out at the end of the day and dug the cartridge out and boy I would have never been able to do that. Fit us into their busy schedule. He was fast and saved us days of being without water! Super happy with results of my experience with these guys. Had a fairly major leaky pipe under my home at a busy time for plumbers...Called them and the person answering the phone was awesome...Said they were booked out for the day but she would do her best to get them here that day (yesterday)... said it may be later in the afternoon before anyone could get out and she would let me know ahead of time...Within an hour I received a call saying that a customer had cancelled and they could get someone over to my place within 20 minutes or so...They were here in 15 minutes and on the job. The service person (Jed) was on the ball and organized. Found the source of the leak and fixed it. I was out with him and once that one was fixed, he found there was another one adjacent to it. Reliable, solid, down home honest people. I called them because they were nearby. I can honestly say I will NEVER go anywhere else. They won my business for life. They bent over backwards to get to me within 24 hours and stop my leak. Very reasonable rates, and have even helped me navigate my insurance woes. Friendly and attentive even beyond the house-call.
