donavin and richard were timely and responded professionally to all our questions. the installation was pretty quick and at this time of year with all this hot 80+ weather the repair was very welcomed. also want to give kudos to jen and dezerre in service department there were some parts aquzition issues which delayed the job a few false starts and girls always called right away and kept us abreast of the issue. great job to all at marshalls heat and air
The installation was fast and very professional for our air conditioning unit. Quality products and staff. The installers are smart, approachable and they had a certified electrician on staff for the hook up. Marshall’s was the right choice.
Service tech Rick Douglas came to service our gas fireplace today. He was on-time and courteous, very professional. Will need to order parts then return to complete repair. So far pleased with the service.
