AMAZING PEOPLE! Pacific Air installed an AC unit into my little coffee shop & I am beyond happy with not only my new unit but the service I received. Scott was a pleasure to work with, I was able to keep my coffee shop up & running as they installed the unit in just a couple hours. They were very professional & answered all questions we had, I would absolutely recommend these guys in a heartbeat! Thank you so so much! (:

Except service, Randy was incredible, very helpful and kept us informed through out the whole installation. The staff did a wonderful job, answering any questions we had. Sinh who is the person in charge of the ducts showed us how bad the dutc system in our house. For what it cost us we got more than expected. I recomend, that if you need a new heater contact them. Sincerely a proud customer. The system required services recommended. A message popped up. That was great until I call to get it services, and low and behold they don't service Salem any more. And if I needed service I would have to.look for someone on my own. They don't know who can service in Salem. Customer service is but customer service. Real rude.

I just had a gas furnace installed and I couldn't of ask for a better team of people to work with. From the time I called to the finished project. They helped me get in touch with the right people and got me through the paperwork, installers were on time, clean, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. If you are looking for a gas furnace I would definitely recommend Pacific Air.
