Excellent company. I have a beautiful new roof and it was done in the most efficient way possible. Have absolutely no complaints... Lester the estimator is terrific, the roofers were great and the clean up was outstanding. You cannot go wrong if you use this company. Outstanding in all ways.....
Gresham Roofing is Amazing! They did a superior job. Lester and his Crew arrived on schedule and worked hard to complete the job, you can tell they are experienced. Thank you to Lester and his team. We are very happy with the new roof.
They DO NOT honor their Warranty! And are very DISHONEST! I bought my house and the owners said that Gresham roofing had installed a new roof 3 mons prior but that it leaks in 2 places. They said they called them pretty much every day so that it was fixed before they sold the house. Owners said they never called them back and when they did talk to someone they would promise they would be out the next day but then would not show up. They assured me they warranty was transfer able. So 1st of all they tried to screw my out of the warranty! The old owner had to get involved. Then I started calling months & months went by and they didn't show up and then they would tell me they came by and fixed it while I was gone. But it would be leaking exactly the same. Then I had to tell them they needed to come when I was home. This game went on for a year and my roof still leaked the same. Finally Lester told me that it was my gutters and not my roofing that was causing the leak because he didn't kno
