Jeff Friberg was friendly, helpful, and efficient. We needed three drains unclogged, one of which has been repeatedly problematic. He made some suggestions, was honest about what did NOT need to be done, and gave some guidance and a quote on another plumbing issue. This is my second contact with this company; I appreciate the ease of scheduling, and will definitely use again.
Kyle was fantastic. He was polite, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. His suggestions were based on what would make the most sense for me and not just a hard sell for up charges. All options were shown to me up front with pricing options and he made good suggestions.The toilet install was fast and his work was quality. I would definitely use Sky again especially if their other plumbers are like Kyle.
This home is our first experience with a heat pump. We called Sky for a tune up and were fortunate to get James Harvey as our tech. He checked everything , fine tuned our system and pointed out some suggestions to prevent future issues. He was fast, professional, punctual and knowledgable. He explained how the system works to us first-timers with patience and a smile. Thanks, James!!
