We have used Sky Heating a few times and always had a great experience. The sales team is fantastic and really takes the time to put thought into the project to determine how the installers are going to complete the entire job. They are very accommodating to our specific needs and easy to work with. I woke up Sunday morning in January and my heater was not working. The normal company I work with usually gives me about a five day period to get someone out. Recall seeing a Sky truck in my neighborhood, so I called them. Fortunately, I was able to get my heating. Turned on that morning was not an emergency, but they were able to come out the next day. Jason Howard showed up and was extremely nice and informative. He walked through my system and told me all of the faults that had popped up over the last couple of years and also told me what was repaired from the last company who installed the unit a few years back. He did a simple check up and cleaning. He was a great guy and next time I will ask for him by name if I were you, I would ask for Jason as well. I’m thoroughly impressed. The tech came in very courteously respected the workplace was right to it diagnosed, clearly explained, evaluated, options, and then affected the repair. Even when there were two issues, they were quick they were responsive and walked out the door for the great value in repair cost fix the system I am really impressed. An update I had Ryan come in today to do an assessment for a furnace replacement, and this was the most pleasant, no pressure, thoroughly explain, easy to understand, experience I’ve ever had with an HVAC company. If you’re looking for just an honest straight up, do what they say they’re going to do and make you feel like you’re getting a deal and service from a friend pick these guys. I got my furnace installed today, Earl came ready, on time and got right to it. He completed the job with no impact on my day, and when he was done, everything was clean, everything was neatly installed, and he explained the system and some maintenance tips for us
