We recently had Builders & Management Plus put on a new roof, siding, shutters and gutters. In all aspects they did an excellent job. Scott was very thorough in explaining all of the components of the work, timelines and options. Chad who oversaw all of the project pieces was very professional. and let me know what was happening every step of the way. The entire process went very smoothly and all was done to our satisfaction. Would recommend them to others!

We contacted Builders and Management Plus after we discovered a leak in our family room ceiling. I reached out over their website and Scott contacted me that evening. He came out and inspected the roof and gave us a quote for a whole new roof. Chad contacted me shortly after to schedule our roof installation. They worked hard and finished the job in one day. Any questions we had were responded to immediately and we are very happy with the quality. We had a skylight replaced and it looks beautiful. We decided to have them replace our shutters and some trim work and look forward to having that done soon. (Just waiting for our backordered shutters) Great company.
