Very timely service soon after I called. Gill (technician) was very polite, helpful, and thorough in explaining the options on the quote and providing references for additional work I need done. Service: Toilet repair
I had called 3 different plumbers to get an estimate on replacing all my bathroom faucets, shower head and a drain. One plumber never returned my call, 2nd plumber came out but never gave an estimate, 3rd plumber gave an insanely high estimate. Upon recommendations, I called Elek. They were very responsive, friendly, helpful, and their estimate much more reasonable. The plumber always showed up promptly as scheduled and was hard-working. There were some bumps in the road during the project but they were resolved in a prompt, professional manner, and Elek kept me informed. Thank you to Jesse, Ed, and the staff at Elek.
