This company goes over and above excellent customer service. We had our roof replaced six months ago and I recommend J.O.N. to all my family and friends now because they do excellent work and have great pricing.
My roof in Allentown had two leaks. Kyle sent his guys to repair it and put sealant in the area of concern. I spoke to him personally via phone and email. He said they would be back to do an $800(ish) estimate for repairs within two weeks. They didn't show. The sealant also did not hold and now my roof is leaking again and my tenants have requested to withhold rent.
I truly loved dealing with this company. I have had plenty of terrible experiences in the past with all types of service providers. It was extremely relieving to deal with a roof project, no headache, no hassle, and no arguments. Everything was so clean and professionally done. I would for sure recommend this company to anyone looking for a roof repair or new roof replacement in Allentown.
