Had a great experience with Maitz. Their online booking platform was easy to use and provided us with texts and email updates regarding the technician and his arrival time. After unexpectedly needing both a new furnace and A/C unit, my fiancé and I were overwhelmed at the potential financial burden we were about to take on. Jim worked closely with us to reduce the cost of the replacement and installation to a number we could comfortably afford. The job was finished in just over 24 hours from initial visit, and the crew was polite, respectful of our home and dogs, and cleaned up perfectly afterwards. First tech was extremely kind and helpful, once the sales guy came out to give us an estimate he started at at 14k over what the tech originally guesstimated, going down to 10k over original (with some made up discounts given to make it seem like a deal). This seemed extremely sketchy, had another service come out today and what do ya know, I don't even need a new system! It was a quick cheap fix. beware Service: HVAC system maintenance

We have had a great experience with Maitz! They are very reasonably priced and won't try to oversell you. Our sales person, Jim P., has been great from start to finish. Our new furnace and AC was installed within 3 or 4 days of Jim coming to our home for the quote. Techs were prompt, friendly, and efficient. A big job was done in 1.5 days. They left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived! When I needed a more detailed invoice months after installation to apply for a rebate, Maitz was prompt and helpful. Jim even called me personally within 24 hours of my call to make sure I got what I needed. Can't recommend enough. Saved us hours of headache and provided us with peace of mind.
