So I originally called Maitz because I had a through the wall A/C Unit that began to leak A LOT of water and cause water damage under it. I made an appointment online at 10:22pm and by 9:30am there was a technician (Kyle) that came to look at it and unfortunately there was a miscommunication because when I selected wall unit on the questions when booking the appointment it didn’t mean the type we had. We were kind of bummed but he did give us information on the wall units they provide and we were interested so they were able to have another guy (Matt) come out by 3pm that same day! He walked us through the process of where potential units could be placed and he gave us information on the pricing and we loved everything about it because it was a more long term solution. The units we wanted were in-stock and they had a team that came out the next day. Jerry and Chris were there on time as promised and worked all day to get our units installed. Our experience with your company has been exceptional. From the quick response, to the quick turnaround for repair of our AC, we couldn't be happier. Our technician, Joe D, was super courteous and knew what he was talking about. We are glad we found Maitz and intend to stick with them for all future repairs/issues.

We are new to the area and didn’t know who to call for a water leak in the shower/ceiling. As first time homeowners, it’s hard to know who to trust. We called Maitz and they were able to get Brandon out the next day (it was not an emergency). He was professional, friendly, and informative. He showed up on time and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. He even gave us tips on how to preserve our pipes and prevent future damage.
