Awoke to a leak from water heater drain spout that was flooding my basement. Within a short time, Lyle came out to fix the issue. He assessed and fixed the issue in no time. Lyle was extremely polite and looked over our water heater to make sure everything was in tip top shape. I cannot recommend Lyle and Maitz home services enough! Maitz has always came through when we have an emergency in our 100+ year old house.

We are new to the area and didn’t know who to call for a water leak in the shower/ceiling. As first time homeowners, it’s hard to know who to trust. We called Maitz and they were able to get Brandon out the next day (it was not an emergency). He was professional, friendly, and informative. He showed up on time and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. He even gave us tips on how to preserve our pipes and prevent future damage. The price was great and we will definitely use them again!
