Ed came over to give us a quote for a new heat pump/ac unit. Our old ac unit was on its last leg. He got back to us within a few days with a price. We had the new unit installed within the week. My furnace died on a Saturday night. Multiple other companies couldn't fix it til Monday, but Ed said he would be out with a temporizing part the following morning and sure enough was out very early on Sunday morning and got our head fixed. The next business day he had picked up a new part and called to schedule the installation. He is very prompt, very polite, and great at what he does.
