From the work tech Dorian to the sales rep Darren to the 3 install techs, Abel, Cory, and the third I can't recall his name our experience was top notch. Dorian did a thorough check to be sure we had a cracked heat exchanger so we weren't replacing furnace without confirmation. Darren was easy to project with and gave us all the options available including 0% financing. When the installs guys came it was discovered we needed to have a scuttle hole retrofitted as access to our attic is small and too tight. Within an hour carpenter was there and gone an hour later having left ZERO mess despite cutting through plaster in wood lathe. He hung and laid down plastic and did a beautiful job. Thanks to all the crew that came out and got our system installed in such a timely and professional fashion.
