First off, the solar panels look great and all indications are that they are working well. I’m not a review plant but a true customer. I don’t write reviews unless the business or restaurant is truly stellar or absolutely dreadful. This company for me falls in the latter. Great team that I met at the Philly Home Show, good first impression. Unfortunately, downhill from there. The sale person came out and was very aggressive to force a decision- got it sales person. I liked the product though, so we decided to move forward. Long lead time for the materials so it didn’t seem too far off with how the economy and overall supply chain was performing. Received a couple of calls giving status but it eventually went silent. At month 5, I got a text asking where I stood with the project. I wish I would have walked away. I called the office and got that the individual no longer worked for the company. I’ve gotten that line from various office contacts 4 times. Finally had an opportunity to talk

Everything about installing my solar in the house was very nice. The person who explained how they could replace my roof, cut the trees in my yard and installed the solar. He explained it very well, that I could save money every month by having the solar system. I hope to save the environment by having the solar system now. Thank you pinnacle.

Was walked through the process for how things would go. It went as explained. Down side was the messed up the gutter hanger during installation. Came to look at it and said it was the gutter people or leaf filter that used bad hangers and they were installed wrong. I haven't had a problem in the past but shortly after Solar installation I started getting water coming in from the roof that has now caused bad water damage and mold. Take good before and after pictures so if they mess anything up you will have proof.
