The tech arrived right on time, was respectful of my home, took time to fully understand my problems, and then provided a thoughtful estimate complete with pricing on several options. I scheduled an appointment with Schuler to help with a leaky water heater. Right away, I appreciated the ease of scheduling and the fact that I was able to get an appointment quickly. Jason did an excellent job diagnosing the issue and fixing it- in this case, replacing the water heater. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, and really appreciated the time he took to explain everything to me. He even went above and beyond to replace an old leaky fitting on the hot water pipe leading into the tank at no extra charge. I will absolutely be using Schuler again and recommending it to others!
