They didn't actually do any repairs to my roof. I called another company that told me I needed to replace my entire flat roof (at a cost of more than I had at that time). I called Whitaker for a second opinion and Sal came out look at my roof, showed me pic's and told me that my roof was fine. Thanks to Sal's honesty if and when something goes wrong I will be calling Whitaker roofing. Service: Roof inspection
I've used this company 3 times. the first time they were great. the second time it took a few phone calls to get them to come out, but the work was excellent. The third time the work was so so. Not sure what the discrepancy in their work is about.
Company gave a date for job proposal showed up on that date, then sent in signed proposal and never heard back from company, called 3 weeks later to confirm that they did in fact receive the proposal, they confirmed they did, however oddly enough for a repair that would take less than 1 hour they are unable to determine a time to complete the repair, as they are "at the mercy of the weather" they weren't at the mercy to schedule the proposal oddly enough. So in all don't waste your time with a company that does not respect their customers time.
