Our heating went out on Thanksgiving day but we waited to call first thing on black Friday. The people answering the phone were very understanding and were quick in getting someone out to our home within a few hours! Our tech was Rich and he was fantastic! He was nice, personable, and very knowledgeable. He was quickly able to identify what was wrong and able to replace our control board to get our home warming up before it snows this weekend. We’ve used Restano for several years going back to our home in Plum. Our service experience in Allison Park has been different. They’re harder to reach. Feel like I reach the answering service mostly. We purchased $9,000 new system last year, and we typically pay for the routine maintenance service. No one has been out to look our new system for going on a year.
