The incredible employees of Jim Miller are professional, responsive, take pride in their work (for example - showed me multiple photos of the damage on my roof and how they repaired it all) and completed the work in a timely fashion. They genuinely care and have positive attitudes we’re a pleasure to work with on both days. We needed gutter work done to address flooding issues and we made an appointment with Jim Miller roofing after being told that the company does this type of work. We had to wait a few weeks for an appointment, which was fine. The estimator said that we would have our quote within a week. That was almost a month ago. We had also asked for an estimate on replacing a cedar roof on a garden shed. When we need a new roof on our house, we will not be calling Jim Miller roofing!

We had two other companies out to repair some sagging gutters, but they really only wanted to sell us on replacing the gutters. I wanted to fix the issue until we were replacing the roof. Jim Miller agreed with us that the sagging could easily be fixed by replacing some missing hooks and fixing some down spouts.
