Air Professionals was recommended to me by their service tech Kelly, and I couldn't be any more thankful for them. Chris and Karl installed two outdoor units, and ran new ductwork for both floors for my house built in 1900. They then installed a mini split for an ancillary building. These two technicians are incredibly kind, work with the home owner, explain thoroughly, are efficient and professional. They are absolute assets to Air Professionals. The tech was extremely professional, quick and knowledgeable. I am confident in the service which was a relief as I’m new to the area and have no idea which businesses are reliable. He even answered some additional questions that I had that didn’t apply to the work performed and I KNOW he had a busy day. I am so glad I found my go to HVAC people.
