Both technicians did a great job with the removal and installation of the water heater. Very knowledgeable and professional. Deluxe Plumbing was able to get a 75 gallon water heater same day when the other large hardware stores would have taken a week. Fast service. Would highly recommend. Tyler was so awesome and reliable! When I was having septic & electrical issues, I wanted to call somewhere that had experience in both areas. As advertised, Deluxe is truly a one stop shop! The office quickly set up a time to have someone come to check the problem. Tyler came to our side with his expertise in both septic and electrical work. He was able to thoughtfully explain things to us, while personally connecting with us on a professional level. My husband and I truly trusted him and walked away feeling like we were in good hands. In the past three months I think I've put Deluxe through all of their paces. On the plumbing side they've set up a proper drain hose for my washing machine and updated the pipeline attached along it. They installed a brand new ductless system in each room and serviced the old furnace as a back-up option. They've even tightened up my electric while running wires and things are working better than ever! Each time they have been on time, clean, professional, absolutely impressive, amazing, honest, communicative, helpful...the list goes on and on. And I'm sure I've had just about every tech at this point, so shout out to all of them for all their hard work! Not to mention they sent us some of the best cookies I've ever had. I am so so glad I chose to get their membership and stick with them for everything our new old house needs. I can trust everything they have done and inevitably will do, which we all know is a huge relief. So, yea, 10 stars to Deluxe, if I could! Services: Plum
