Made an appointment because our plumbing backed up. They came the first time, were prompt, communicative, and helpful. However they weren’t able to clear the clog because our home doesn’t have a floor drain. We made an appointment for today (12/23/21) at 9:30 to dig in our yard and put in the drain. No show. No call. My husband called and they said they’d be here 11:30… we waited until 11:45 to call. They said they’re on their way. I’m typing this review at 12:29pm still not here. Update: it’s 12:51, they’re here. I’ll change the rating depending on the outcome. Update Update: Kurt and Todd did a nice job. They were persistent in finding the issue and the quoted price did not change. They made sure the clog was removed and are returning to finish the utility sink on Monday. I appreciate their respectfulness and follow through.
