TLC Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling

I found TLC through a Google Search when I had complications with my sewer. Marquise arrived and worked extremely hard at attempting to clear my line (he did excellent work) but there is only so much you can do with tree roots in your sewer line. AJ came out that same day within an hour to scope the drain. Both men were efficient, polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend for all of your plumbing needs! Day 2 and Day 3: I had Doug, Randell, and Alex here on time to replace my sewer line. All three men were extremely kind and hardworking. In fact Albert called me this morning to inform me they can go through my basement versus digging into my new concrete patio. I appreciated that as it was just replaced. When they finished they put everything back and left it spotless. Added bonus they have payment plans to help with the expense! Absolutely AMAZING service! I called last Friday and today (Monday) a great tech named Nick came out was able to do an assessment, get me an estimate AND was able to complete the necessary work all within a 4hr time frame. When I called Friday they worked with my time restrictions (making sure I’d be home) and he was on time. He was efficient , knowledgeable, and honest. I had someone else come look prior to TLC and the information I was given was consistent and I truly was able to trust what Nick was telling me needed repaired. He also gave me advice and discussed all my potential options financially and repair wise. He answered all my questions and was super kind as well. Great demeanor and I had my kiddo home from school today he was great with them as well! Absolutely would use again and again!

1000% great experience with TLC. From AJ who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. To Ralph who came out that same day. Ralph is excellent. Answered all my questions. He showed and explained everything he was going to do. Along with his apprentice David, they truly enjoy the work they do and care about doing the job right. Rick and Pat are great also. Arecommend TLC to anyone.
