What a great group of guys. These guys came here on the hottest day of the year approximately 96°. They were very thorough and explained everything extremely well. They spent several hours in extreme heat digging up a broken sewer line. I would recommend them to anyone for their next plumbing experience. Service: Sewer repair

We had a bathroom sink that I have been fighting with for a month or two. I tried a snake and a plunger several times with no luck at all. I called Pronto Plumbing today (8-23-23) around 2 pm. I spoke with a lady on the phone and she said someone will be out later today! About an hour later I got a call that a technician will be here in 20 minutes or so! Daniel, one of their technicians showed up on time. I explained my issue, he took a few pictures, and began his magic! He was here for about an hour and a half and got the clog the first time. Daniel was also courteous and polite while he did his job. Within three hours of my initial call the drain was flowing again! Being a first time customer it was under $100! Definitely a happy, satisfied customer!
