We had officially lived in our new home for a total of 24 hours when WAHL's tech Aron came to our door to do a routine HVAC review of our home. We fully expected the "it's old but run it till it stops" conversation. Instead we were advised that there was a very serious leak in our water heater, and that putting any money toward our AC would be wasted effort on our funds, and time. Aron kindly drafted 5 different options for us to choose from and then guided us through each one. He made the decision easy, then Sean and Denny showed up Monday morning 8 AM on the dot to start doing the necessary work to make our home safe and more efficient. No one likes surprise repairs or money they have to spend suddenly on their home, but Sean, Denny, and Aron made the process feel hassle-free and easy. Nick explained everything very well and was very professional. It can be difficult deciding what is the best option when you aren’t familiar with HVAC in the slightest, but he put everything into terms that were easy to understand and allowed me to make the best decision for me and my home. When it came time for the new equipment to be installed, Tony, Jared, and Jake could not have done a better job. It’s like night and day in my home now temperature wise and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
