8/2021 - I do have to edit my original review. After about three thermostats that still didn't work properly they quit returning our calls, my husband and I each called and left messages or talked to them, I had sent an email and they won't respond. So even though we paid over $2000 for the project, they won't replace the thermostat that is probably less than $50, so we'll have to call someone else to replace it. They initially did a great job, but we can't go through another winter with one of the thermostats not working. I highly recommend this business. Our furnace stopped working recently during a very cold weekend, and the plumbers I had used for previous issues were either too busy or not interested. I started calling places and they called right back and came that day. Our house is older and strange, nothing seems to be an easy fix, he was incredibly thorough and found the issue.
