Sullivan Super Service

I was concerned about my extremely old furnace and wanted to confirm it was still working well, and didn’t have any safety issues. I appreciated that Sullivan company gave me a call the day scheduled — as they said they would, to give me some advance notice of the technician’s arrival so I could arrange to be at home. Bob Anderson arrived with his assistant right as scheduled. He was courteous, friendly, and thorough in his work. He patiently explained exactly what he was doing, and what they were looking for—with the aim to make sure all was in good order and above all, working safely. It was a pleasure to deal with Bob and his assistant Chadwick. I highly recommend Bob Anderson to anyone with heating or furnace issues— and any service he provides. Sullivan’s always provides quality service without trying to sell you. The service team is always courteous, explains things thoroughly and takes the extra time to make sure clients understand their recommendations . I love that they are upfront about any costs and options and really seem to go out of their way to provide quality service!

Joe was very nice and professional. He was here for almost two hours and he did an awesome job. He worked hard at clearing out my clogged kitchen drain. I really appreciated his good work.
