Great team! They came out same day when we called about a couple questions we had around some plumbing issues in our house. Very professional, friendly, and patient. We had them come back the next day for a toilet repair and a water filter/softener installation, and it went so smoothly! I received prompt and excellent service. Steve, the technician, was incredibly friendly and did very thorough work. He explained what he was doing every step of the way, and didn't have any problems with me hanging around watching him work. He also provided easily understandable explanations to the many questions I had about the whole process - what he was doing, why, and even advice on how I could try and manage the situation myself going forward. I strongly recommend giving Valdel plumbing a chance. I was hesitant about paying a dispatch fee, but Steve came fully prepared and solved my problem then and there. I couldn't have asked for better service, and I will be a repeat customer if the occasion ever arises.
