Terry H and his apprentice Cody did an outstanding job servicing our heat/cooling system today. Both gentleman were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous in manner. Deiter Bros is fortunate to have these two men as employees. It's Terry H and Cody who are the faces of the company. They are the ones who deal with the public, up front and personal. This is why we continue to choose Deiter Bros year after year. Hopefully, their outstanding work will get them recognized, as they deserve. Thank you, Terry H and Cody.

Terry does excellent, high-quality, thorough work! We have purchased the Total Comfort service plan for years, and the yearly maintenance is included. I feel it's a good value. We get our furnace, AC and humidifier done at the same time.

Terrible, would give them 0 stars if I could. They installed an HVAC system that wasn't powerful enough to heat our house (the upstairs won't heat if the living area heating is on). 3 years later and the heat just broke. They charged to diagnose the problem (it took them two appointments to come up with a solution). Then they came and replaced a motor, charged us almost $300 for labor even though this didn't fix the problem. Now they want to replace the whole computer board, with no guarantee that this will fix it, and they still want to charge for labor. How about you get the diagnosis right (you charged me for an incorrect diagnosis!) or guarantee your work! I don't trust the company to have found the right solution, so won't be using them again. You should know how to fix the systems that you install! As for your response below: false! You did not install it for the previous owners! You installed it for my family!
