We could not be more pleased with JTS Plumbing. They always respond, they are always clear and concise. We are particular and specific to deal with .... LOL, Bob was really good with all our requests on the first visit. Chad came out not he follow up and could to have been more helpful. Maggie and Liz at the office were terrific. I was very happy with the level of customer care from all the staff of JTS including the office staff and the service personnel who came out, assessed our situation, and made the repairs. All were very honest and knowledgeable and fixed our leaking radiator heater supply line. Afterwards, they made sure that they cleaned up the area that needed the repairs and that our system was working properly before they left. JTS came as scheduled and did a quality job. JTS recently installed a new oil boiler in my home. They did a great job and installed it quickly at a fair price. Maggie in their office made communication incredibly easy and the entire team was happy to answer all of my questions. I definitely recommend!
