Professional, polite, and reasonable. Gave me information and choices. I had to have my ac and heater replaced. With a heat wave coming in, travel plans, and pets to consider they worked hard to fit me into their schedule. Answered my questions, even ones I hadn't thought of.
I have been a customer with NB Mechanical Services for over 10 years. They have always gone above and beyond for any and all my service needs. In October I had my system replaced and what a great job they did! Any questions I had, they were completely up front and even worked with me on the financing.
