I will preface this review by stating we did not have work done with Balistrieri, but I still had an extremely disappointing interaction with them when trying to obtain an estimate for roof work. We have squirrels in our ceiling which came in through holes in our fascia and flashing, so we need the damage repaired ASAP so the squirrels can be evacuated to prevent damage to our electrical. I called Balistrieri on Friday and was told someone would call me about setting up an estimate. Five days later on Tuesday, no one had called us about setting up the estimate, so I called them. Once they returned my phone call, I was told we were "out of the service area" (we're in Edgewood, and they are in Shaler--approximately 20-25 minutes away), and for that reason our job would not be prioritized. They also verbatim told me that they forgot to call me back about the estimate, which is why I had never heard back from them. Did an amazing job on my roof repair. Sent us pictures from the roof of the repairs. Got back to us right away and extremely transparent about the job being done.

For those who care to read this I will start by saying I pretty much detest contractors. This however has been one of the best experiences ever. First of all they didn’t bring junk vehicles to my home that leaked all over my concrete driveway their vehicles were impeccable. Secondly these people were kind well spoken every single member of the crew say good morning or good evening they all had a smile on their face. The options were laid out in easy to understand English. The job looks impeccable they even found an issue with bathroom ventilation fans that we didn’t even know we had. Since they’ve been gone I have not found a nail or a single piece Of roofing lying on the door. There was no dust in my home there was no dirt on my driveway there was no oil spots on the driveway. I’ve never been a person who cared and I really want some thing costs if it was installed properly. If you’re looking for someone to do it outstanding job on your home this will be the only company I will recomm
