I've lived in the area for 17 years and had been using this company.Dont know who took over but the plumbers they send out look like they just graduated High school It was January and our pipes froze so i called them to come fix the situation. They sent a young guy about 19 or so to put a heat torch under our mobile home to unfreeze the pipe. After 45 minutes the kid knocked on our door handed us a 150 bill and said he was finished. Two days later I was outside and noticed my piece of skirting was melted and scorched. I called and complained to the receptionist about it and nothing was done until 2 weeks later. The daughter of the owner called me back making excuses about not finding good help anymore and apologized. Anyway,it was fixed but I will never call this company again. Plus,they turned my hose off one year and never came back to finish the problem or put my water back on. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

Had them out last week after my jet pump well system failed on me. They came out the same day to try and do a quick fix and get me back up and running until they could come back and do a permanent solution the next day. They came back the next day, dug up my well head and extended it above ground. They then installed a new submersible pump and hooked it into my existing system. My technician Evan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone who asks.

Im disappointed. Not only was the plumber late. he was gone within 15 minutes of showing up without even addressing the issue. saying that he "couldn't do anything" he didn't give us options what we could do or if we should go to another outfit. He ran a snake didn't say anything to anybody But my grandfather which has the early onset of dementia and didn't have a clue what the plumber said. I'm the one that called and let him in. he left the door open my cat got out I have children as well due the carlessness of the technician was highly disappointing. He also spreaded mud all over the our freshly painted bathroom walls. This is the outfit my grandparents have being going to throughout the years, so we wanted to stick with them for all the hvac and plumbing care of our household needs. I called to complain especially being charged 200 for basically nothing. Called about the said situation and the management showed signs of not caring and didnt apologize for the fact his technician
