Our Ice Cream Machine went down. With the weekend coming which is a festival weekend for our town and Father’s Day being one of our busiest days of the season we were in a panic. Ray came even though he had already worked all day and he replaced our motor so quickly we were up and running before our nightly rush. Can’t say enough good things about the service we received. This man is definitely an asset to his company. Very satisfied customer. He was pleasant and work very quickly. Thank you!
I found the staff super helpful in booking my appointment time around my schedule. Since it is a weekend property I needed some affordable solutions and their TECH gave me some very reasonable options. Even better the work was done so neatly, and on schedule without me even needing to be on premises for the entire job. Nice work and made it easy. Much appreciated.
Ray and trainee Gordon were here to clean and service the heating unit. Both were courteous and professional. I told Ray of a chattering noise I heard sporadically and he found the problem in about 10 seconds. Thanks guys for a job well done!
