Had issue with AC after vacation. Called on a Sunday and had appointment for Monday! Tech came early and suggested a "fix" to the problem (which we also had 2 years ago!). He installed new part, installed new/separate electrical source and even did our yearly maintenance/check up which was scheduled for early August. He was very professional, found the most effective "fix" and tried to minimize the overall cost. Extremely pleased with customer service and outstanding technician. Happy to have AC especially with heat wave on the way this week!! Dewey Wolfe- thank you very much!!

We have used HB McClure several times and generally receive excellent service. Ross, who completed our inspection, was thorough and Informative without pressuring. He made helpful suggestions and gave us tips on concerns to watch for.

Ross Fisher was very prompt, thorough and professional in providing immediate resolution to a leaking water line (above the ceiling) which was uncovered by Service Masters earlier today. He will return on Monday to replace sections of hot and cold water lines before Service Masters returns to replace several sections of drywall. You should consider Ross Fisher to be a very knowledgeable, skilled and valuable asset to the HB Home Services Team. ????????????????. Ultimately it was discovered that an inadequately soldered joint in the copper elbow on the hot water line installed 30 years ago when our house was built was the point of leakage. The combined out of pocket expense for ServiceMasters and HB McClure Home Service Team to correct the poor workmanship by the builder’s plumber totaled $4,380.46.
