Don't use them if you can afford not to. Where do I start? - Sales guy pitched an 18 month 0% APR financing, so I paid some up front and worked into a nice payment monthly. Turns out it was only 14 months?? I signed a contract stating 14 months, so I should have read the fine print. - Whoever dropped the windows off dropped them off in front of both garage doors so we couldn't get kids to daycare and were late for work. - Ordered two kitchen windows instead of the bathroom window (Worst window of all of them).. had to come back and finish the process a second time. - Said it was "their own" guys coming into the house and not some random contractors; yet the guy that installed the windows said he was just a contractor working for PJ's?? (He was actually the best part of this whole process; phenomenal job!!). -Giant living room window was actually two inches too tall, but the contractor did a great job and made it work.
