I'm giving them two stars because they came out the same day that I called. I also was not charged because the technician said he found nothing. I would have gladly paid for it to be done correctly the first time. They did not address the problem that I had initially called in about . It was a significant waste of a half- day of work for me. March 23rd, 2022 I had an emergency downspout gutter issue. I called CJ Fitzpatrick that morning. To my surprise they sent a technician out the same day. Long story short I was not pleased with the quality of service that I received that day. I needed to have my back downspout taken apart and checked for clogs ASAP. Must have been a communication problem somewhere. The technician that they sent out didn't even have a ladder that was high enough to reach my back downspout. He did however go up on the roof and take many pictures and checked my gutters for debris. He also made some costly suggestions for my back gutter. And again he fou
