Absolutely awful communication! Although my initial phone conversation with the owner (Randy) was fine, it took two calls before he even responded to begin with. He was eventually able to come over for a siding estimate and delivered one within a week. My wife and I were impressed enough with the price, as well as his confidence to do the work, that we were ready to sign after e-mailing him two quick questions about job details. Unfortunately, Randy failed to follow up on any communication after our first question was answered. I e-mailed, texted, and even called him several times politely asking for an answer over the next few weeks, but soon enough the proposed quote was no longer valid anyway. Very annoyed but still hoping to get the work done, I reached out to another employee from the company. Kevin was very friendly and promised that he or Randy would call me back the next morning. This company constructed a garage and new wing at my Mom's house. This included a new bed and bath. She loved their work and attention to detail. It all turned out so beautifully. She also loved that it was a family business. Everyone that came to work on her house was hard working and pleasant. She would definitely recommend them.
