I had been using a competitor of this company for many years and was shocked when I received a bill for a service call that was about three times more than what I expected ($85 for showing up and an additional $270 for and hour of diagnostic work). So I paid it, but shopped around. Fortunately, Riverview was recommended to me by a friend. You see, Riverview doesn't advertise, unlike their competitor, and lands its business via word of mouth. I own a complicated geothermal system that's not easy to understand, but Riverview was still able to diagnose and repair the system for same price the other company charged just for diagnostic services. Wow, what a difference! I'm not easy to please, but Riverview impressed me and yes, I'm pleased! Let end this review on this thought... If a company has to advertise extensively to grow or maintain their business/revenue, than where is the word of mouth? There isn't any!
