WM Buffington Company

I was dealing with HL Bowman and on a routine checkup I get 2x a year, the technician had my indoor unit smoking. The air was working fine the previous night so well the wife turned the unit off around 3am. Prior to this Bryan From HL Bowman was sending me direct text messages to schedule my checkup and even missed a window when I finally did set the appointment up. The tech told me my control board was burnt and I probably needed a new thermostat. Imagine your system is well and now you’re looking at a $1,400 bill after a tech burnt your unit up! I called HL & explained this and they sent a more “experienced” tech out the following day and he said the same thing. Nobody took responsibility for damaging a working system.I went into DIY mode and found parts and installed them. Just to get HL to come back to see why I’m still not getting power after I fixed the things they said I needed, the receptionist said it would be $50 something dollars. I agreed to the price then she said hold on

Larry is a great asset to the buffington company. So thankful for his honesty and his job well done. If you are looking for a company that will take care of you and do the job right the first time then you need to call buffington.
