Showed up and was very courteous and efficient. He had found the problem within 10 minutes. He showed me the defective piece and when I asked if he could replace it he said yes and 10 minutes later I was up and running with cool air circulating through the house.

Hello: Hope this gets to upper management. I want to thank Dillon for his hard work and his ability to adapt and overcome. Dillon was very polite and even updated me as he went along. He was quiet and proficient. His work tells a tale. I'm certain Dillon had to draw this up prior to the appointment day so I understand the effort put forth. It's just how I hoped it would turn out. As a matter of fact, it actually turned out better..cliche right? Yes, but it's true. My bathtub drain trap actually laid below my tile ceiling and forced me to cut a hole through it and do my best to mask it. Well, to my amazement, I came downstairs to find out Dillon managed to pipe it where it was up high enough, I could place a full ceiling tile there without the trap hanging through the ceiling tile. A huge job well done. Thank you again Dillin, sir! I appreciate the work you've done at my home and will definitely recommend you when someone asks me if I know a guy. Well, I now know the perfect guy. Hope

Very fast service request. Repairman was very nice and courteous. Showed my husband how to clean the drain so the problem could be prevented. Thank you Service: A/C system maintenance
