Ben Manis Plumbing LLC

Very disappointed in this experience. We had a leaky shower and called Ben Manis having heard good things. The first person out gave us a large quote which we decided to go forward with anyway, the next guy out said the first guy out was wrong and he had a more efficient solution with less demo to repair. He got the problem half fixed... we waited about 3 months for the replacement part which was always "just a few days away". Finally the did the job last week and as I went to repair the drywall (understandably demo-ed for access) I see that the leak is still there! Just a calamity of errors and will not be using them ever again. Service: Plumbing leak detection

We use Ben Manis for plumbing needs at my work. They communicate every step of the way and never leave us out of the loop. Unlike most plumbers where you have to wait hours or even day, ben manis is usually out within an hour of us calling. They have fair prices that beat other local competitors too!

As a business owner I try not to leave negative reviews, especially with small businesses but this experience was bad and they did nothing to make it right and they’ve been given many months to make any attempt at all. They smeared dirt on our recently painted white wall, used our basement carpeting as a door mat to clean their boots (I guess they didn’t realize we have a Nest camera inside), left a large pile of dirt in the basement where they had to run a new pipe, and the owner threw a tantrum when we asked him to honor the price we were originally quoted. Also I suspect on of the workers was on opiates. A foreman had come by to check on the job but apparently making sure the laborers don’t leave your home filthy isn’t part of his job. I guess this is what happens when you hire a company who’s logo is an overflowing toilet and then ignore warning signs. Always trust your gut, even if you’re in an emergency situation.
