Recently had an issue with my furnace and with a 19month and 7 month old baby, we needed the issue addressed quickly. Just recently my husband and I started to notice that our thermostat was not working properly so we called the Staso company to come out and take a look. We left a message with the answering service and we got a call back immediately from employee Greg Stagon. Before Greg came to our home that day I took the cover of the thermostat off and cleaned it up a little and then replaced it. From that time on the air seemed to be running fine and the thermostat was holding its own. When Greg arrived I explained to him that I was now a bit leary about fixing some thing that I wasn’t quite sure needed fixing. He could not have been nicer about it and not only looked at the thermostat but he also looked at my furnace and the air conditioner outside and gave me some tips how to keep it clean and running smoothly.
