I am extremely glad I chose basement gurus over their other local competitors. First the owner of the company Josh is first class. Down to earth, straight forward, thorough, and a man of his word. Dillan and crew were absolutely as professional as I could ask. From the consultation estimate to the completed basement was very quick They were on time every day complete with a call before there would arrive. Not very often do you feel completely satisfied with home repairs but The basement Gurus left nothing for me to be disappointed about. Thank you
Josh was honest and thorough about my problem and scheduled the work super fast. His crew completed the job in 2 days. They were hard fast workers. Some miscommunication on when to resume some normalcy in the basement, and a little too soon to see 100% results, but overall looks great. Josh continues to be helpful even after his job is essentially completed.
