All we can say is what an awesome experience. From the day we met Josh and Dylan at the home show. We then schedule an estimate with Josh. The ladies in the office were outstanding ( Val and Dawn) Josh came out and gave us an estimate he was very knowledgeable and personable. We schedule the project and we were very excited to get moving. The day the project started Dylan the foreman explained how he was going to do the project he was very knowledgeable and professional. They proceeded with the project by laying down runners and tarps to protect our home. The two gentlemen with Dylan were the same as Josh and Dylan. David and Chris did a great job. This company is like one big family from the top down. EXCELLENT JOB AND THANK YOU FOR TREATING US LIKE FAMILY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BASEMENT GURUS TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE. Josh was honest and thorough about my problem and scheduled the work super fast. His crew completed the job in 2 days. They were hard fast workers. Some miscommunication on when to resume some normalcy in the basement, and a little too soon to see 100% results, but overall looks great. Josh continues to be helpful even after his job is essentially completed.

Dillan and crew were absolutely as professional as I could ask. From the consultation estimate to the completed basement was very quick They were on time every day complete with a call before there would arrive. Not very often do you feel completely satisfied with home repairs but The basement Gurus left nothing for me to be disappointed about. Thank you
