Miquel Collazo is not professional at all. Called him for an estimate on my leaky roof and damage to my bathroom, I was told for him to do the roof and his partner to do the bathroom, Rocky Phillips would be $2,200 for everything. Rocky and Miquel come the next morning, mind you without even calling to let me know they’re coming, so they can both estimate everything which now went from $2,200 to another $1,200 just for the bathroom and another $150 for an electrical fix. And not the $2,200 is just for Miquel to replace just a rubber flat roof that he said is 235 sqft. I said just write everything up because I’m shopping around and need to get more estimates. When I received his estimate it now said $2,500! I said to him in texting that is not what we had agreed on that he told me $2,200. He tried to say no it wasn’t and I responded telling him if he would of said $2,500 to begin with then I wouldn’t be questioning it! From there he goes, ok I’ll honor it.
