Dustin and Dj were extremely helpful. They were able to answer all my questions and knew exactly what I needed. Very friendly and great customer service! This is a really good company!
I'm torn as far as a rating here - I've had numerous great experiences and one bad one. I bought a normally great Rheem water heater that happened to have a bad element + thermostat from the factory, just an anomaly i'm sure. I had to pay service co. to repair - salesman @hajoca didn't seem interested at all in helping with the warranty claim. Basically, I got jammed with a $700 repair fee on a brand new $1200 water heater.
Dj at the counter always has the knowledge to help me out with what I need to get the job done in a timely, cost efficient manner
