I would not recommend them unless you want to consistently overpay for oil. Certainly do not sign up for their price protection as they will automatically charge you the maximum amount even when the normal delivery price is $.30 cheaper. They will fix it if caught, but it does take due diligence on your part. Extremely shady. And do not be surprised if you get a couple thousand dollar oil delivery in May, you know to get ready for the cold summer months. This is also after telling their customer service to delay until the fall.

I would not recommend this company. They talked me into signing up for automatic refill. Telling me how it will benefit me since I need oil all year because my hot water heater is connected to the oil. I rent and didn't know any better. $1200 for the first full and they started showing up every couple months at $500 each fill. Decided to talk to my landlord and he told my my water heater is electric and I do not need my tanks full other then to heat the home. I called and asked to cancel and they told me I'd be charged a cancellation fee. Misleading a customer to sign a contract doesn't seem right. I requested for a call back...let's see if anyone actually follows up with me.

It is way too obvious that Leffler puts a high priority on sales. If you have any problem you call the toll free line which is a nightmare. People forward your call from department to department if they do not know the answer. It appears the goal is to get rid of you so that they can answer another call and maybe make a sale. The people on the 800 line must be working on commission or get a pat on the back for a sale. I am constantly getting sales emails which is frustrating. I would like Leffler to filter out the garbage they send me from the important stuff. There is not one central place that can solve any problem that you might run into. After several hours trying to solve a problem with Leffler I gave up. The problem was the person who set up an appointment for us did not mark the appointment properly which caused more than one problem. I had to send a certified letter to get my issue resolved and fixed. After that was corrected, the file was not updated and, again, we had
